Description of problem:

• Hosts discovery works with manual discovery, but does not progress with the BMH.
• Customer is using IDRAC firmware version 7.00.00.171
• It was suggested to upgrade to v7.00.60.00. But Dell R640 latest firmware now is iDRAC 7.00.00.171
• Journalctl logs shows no errors
