Documentation for OKE subscription needs some additional clarification to make sure users understand that we won't support any OCP feature not included via the OKE subscrition.

At the same time there is a discrepancy around support scope included for Insights in OKE. While [1] says Insights is not included in OKE [2] says the opposite.

If we conclude (this needs to be confirmed with the PM for Insights) that Insights is not included in OKE we should add instructions in the OKE documentation to point to [3] so users can instruct the Installer to not install Insights
