Newly created appliedClusterResourceQuota (ACRQ) is not showing correctly in the webUI, only stating "something went wrong" with the error "Cannot read properties of null (reading 'filter')"

      Description of problem:

      [0] The newly created appliedClusterResourceQuota (ACRQ) is not showing correctly in the WebUI, only stating "something went wrong" with the error "Cannot read properties of null (reading 'filter')" Screenshot Attached for reference.

      [1] Usage and values are mismatched.
      Global resource quota shows 21600m limit.CPU. cluster resource quota is 10200 ms.

      [2] The parameters are not getting updated on the web console.
      we have changed values from yaml. but it was not getting reflected? for other resource quotas, it works.
