SimpleContentAccessNotAvailable alert when the customer is not interested in Simple Content Access

      Description of problem:

      Customer is constantly receiving "SimpleContentAccessNotAvailable" alerts. They do not want Simple Content Access, and want the alerts to stop permanently.

      Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

       

      How reproducible:

      every time

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Don't have simple content access
2. Have alerts fill your mailbox

      Actual results:

      Alerts arrive

      Expected results:

      If the customer doesn't want SCA, they should have a way to permanently silence this alert.
