Description of problem:
Installation mode "All namespaces on the cluster" disabled on Custom Metrics Autoscaler Operator
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Custom Metrics Autoscaler 2.10.1-253 tested on OpenShift 4.10 and 4.11.
How reproducible:
Always.
Steps to Reproduce:
Go to OpenShift Console, Operator Hub, select Custom Metrics Autoscaler and click on Install.
Actual results:
Installation mode "All namespaces on the cluster" disabled. Edit: Jira does not allow me to attach a screenshot, but you can find it on OSDOCS-6789.
Expected results:
Installation mode "All namespaces on the cluster" enabled.
