[OCM UI] Add support for custom security group Day 2 (cluster level) - View only

    • OCM UI Sprint 245, OCM UI Sprint 246

Clone of HAC-4975,  but for SGs at cluster level.

It should display the SGs for Control Plane, Infra and Worker nodes.

      Design task: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/PD-1654

      Best option:

      See Slack discussion

      Summary:

For showing the "worker" nodes data, we won't be able to rely on the cluster level field, as it won't keep being updated when MPs with new SGs are created.

Therefore, we'll need to extract the information from the `machine_pools` endpoint.

      Second best option:

Not to display the "worker" node details on the Overview page, and add a link to the MP tab.
