      Description of the issue:

The machine pool subnet definition in ROSA Hypershift wizard was not preserved once user moves back to previous screen and comes back again to the machine pool step without any change. This behavior forces user to create machine pool definition or select the private subnets definition from wizard again. This is bad user experience and need a fix for it.

Attached screen recording of the issue: MachinePoolDefinitionVsNavigationIssue.mp4

      How reproducible:

       Always

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Launch OCM UI staging
      2. Open ROSA wizard, Select control plane as "Hosted".
      3. Reach to cluster settings > machine pool step.
      4. Select a VPC and add new machine pool definitions by selecting private subnet definitions.
      5. Click "Back" button.
      6. Click "Next" button.
      7. See the machine pool definitions and its behavior.

      Actual results:
The machine pool definition and private subnet definition entered in Step 4 isn't preserved once user goes back to previous step and comes back again to the machine pool step.

      Expected results:

The machine pool definition and private subnet definitions should preserve once user goes back to previous step and comes back again to the machine pool step.

Note: The machine pool definition including VPC selection, subnet selection should be cleared when there is a change in region definition from previous screen
