[Hypershift ROSA][Wizard] Control plane step: link to getting started page shouldn't ask for confirmation

    Description

      Clicking on the "Get started with Red Hat OpenShift" link in the "Did you complete your prerequisites?" section on the first step of the Hypershift wizard doesn't seem like it should launch a confirmation dialog as it is the first step and most likely no form fields have been filled out by end user.

      Acceptance Criteria

      • Clicking on the link navigates directly to the rosa getting started page.
