      Capitalize OTEL component names and add TP admonitions.

      Ensure all files in the assembly are updated, including https://75505--ocpdocs-pr.netlify.app/openshift-enterprise/latest/observability/otel/otel-configuration-of-otel-collector#otel-config-target-allocator_otel-configuration-of-otel-collector.

      Swap TP admonitions and intro sentences throughout the OTEL Collector components file in response to https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/75550#discussion_r1608543381.
