This feature would extend OBSDA-228 options to the LogForwarding to allow administrators to spec filtering (e.g. collecting or dropping) of node log messages using selectors.

This feature is requested by security teams to allow forwarding some critical nodes logs (linux audit and journal) to dedicated outputs.
