Allow to browser javadoc via archive browser from Nexus

We are looking for a possibility to show javadoc sources to users. Currently, javadocs are in Maven repository for most of the products and Maven repository allows to browse archive content, such as:

https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/service/local/repositories/central/archive/org/jboss/shrinkwrap/shrinkwrap-api/1.2.2/shrinkwrap-api-1.2.2-javadoc.jar/!/index.html

However, this link requires you to login first. I'm wondering whether is there a way how to enable this browser without login or for instance to allow access from some locations, such as arquillian.org without login.
