    Description

If this Epic is an RFE, please complete the following questions to the best of your ability:

Q1: Proposed title of this RFE

Support for LPAR on IBM zSystems and LinuxONE to install OCP Nodes/Cluster directly on LPAR

Q2: What is the nature and description of the RFE?

Install OCP directly in LPAR is very the same as for zVM

Q3: Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)

Discussion has started to have OpenShift Virtualization with Z and this would require LPAR support as base.

Q4: List any affected packages or components
