Multiple Context in the same Blueprint are not started with Camel-Blueprint-Test

When creating a Blueprint containing multiple Camel-Contexts only the first one is started during test phase during a maven build.

When the route is deployed in JBoss Fuse 6.1, both contexts are started and the route operates normally.
