URL-encoded spaces in endpoint URI result in URISyntaxException using Http4 component.

Bug report based on investigation in https://fusesource.com/issues/browse/PROD-1557.

HTTP endpoint doesn't seem to properly take into account if the incoming URL is encoded or not.
