Using SSL context in blueprint XML does not work

When using osgi blueprint, and using ssl context and whatnot, then they should be injected and initalized, without using CamelContextAware, which could cause a circular depdency conflict.
So this requires a bit more leg work in the namespace parser to setup this properly.
