Introduce version properties into OSGi resolver service

Current camel-core has an Activator to register the resolver service for the component,language, type coverter etc.
If there are more than two different camel-core deployed into the OSGi container, we will face a problem that these resolvers services will conflict with each other.

So we need to introduce some kind of version property to the resolver service to avoid the conflicts.
