Technical review of FUSE Mediation Router EIP Guide

This is a basic draft of the Enterprise Integration Patterns book for FUSE (see attachment to come). The contents of this guide need to be checked for technical correctness by one or more of the Camel engineers. In particular, I think it is a priority to look at Appendix A first, which discusses migration from the old ServiceMix EIP feature to using the Camel EIP patterns.
