In some instances you may want the mina component to use an IOSession that is already created, for example to send a InOnly message back on a connection that is already establish. It would be useful if there was some way to get the IOSession that mina is using (this may be possible that integrating the code factory with the route builder) and then be able to pass this session back to the mina component used in another route.
