The geronimo and SMX mail .jars is buggy as file attachments does not have properly Content-Type and DataHandler.getName() also returns null.
We need some TRACE logging so we can check for this in Customers environments.

Also add a URI option to the camel-mail to hook in a custom ContentTypeResolver class so we can work around the bugs in these .jars.
