The modeshape-web-jcr Project Depends on modeshape-graph

There is a direct dependency from modeshape-web-jcr to modeshape-graph. As far as I can see, the dependency exists to support two uses of the CheckArgs object, which could easily be recoded.

If I recall correctly, we were trying to avoid this kind of dependency to make it possible to install the core ModeShape libraries once on a server without creating classloading issues for client libraries.

I'd like to get confirmation that my understanding is correct before I commit the change though.
