Utilize the 'nofulltext' property attribute in the CND format (added in JCR 2.0) to dictate whether the full-text searching should be enabled for each property

Our CND importer already handles parsing and representing the 'nofulltext' property attributes on node type definitions in a CND file. Also, the JcrPropertyDefinition does have a slot for it, and it is being populated correctly within the RepositoryNodeTypeManager. However, the IndexRules (and the LuceneSearchSession's method to store properties) need to change to use this information.
