When navigating to a repository that hasn't been started yet (i.e. hasn't been initialized) via the Explorer, this will show an empty "repository view" while the repository is being initialized in the background.
Once the initialization has finished, the data "magically" appears in the Explorer view.
IMO we should either:
a) wait and not display the repository view until the repository has been initialized
b) display a "disabled repository view" with some sort of waiting indicator (i.e. spinning cursor) until the repository has finished loading
This is easy to see when loading a repository for which the initial initialization takes some time (e.g. artifacts repository from the WF kit).
