Extend access manager permissions checking procedure to be able to test privileges for groups or roles

At the moment access manager takes path and action only as arguments. The suggestion is to pass security content as argument as well and using the security context access manager will be able to perform analysis of privileges not only for authenticated user but for groups/roles as well.
