Teiid Model Sequencer Throws Error When Model Import Has Annotation

The model annotation's annotated object for a model import is not the UUID of the model import; but is the UUID of the model being imported. An exception is thrown when this occurs as the sequencer assumes the UUID to be from the model import object.
