Migrate query infrastructure

The query framework is located in the 'modeshape-graph' module of the 2.x codebase, and needs to be moved into the 'modeshape-jcr' (temporarily called 'modeshape-jcr-redux'). It also can be simplified a fair amount and merged with the 'org.modeshape.jcr.query' classes.
