WSDL sequencer does not sequence document correctly.

Using a default configuration for WSDL sequencer, I published a WSDL document under /files. Document with name test.wsdl was published under /files/test.wsdl. Sequencer framework created only the node /sequenced/wsdl/test.wsdl with correct properties but with no child nodes. Child nodes should contain information about particular WSDL elements (message, portType, binding etc.)
