Make the map-based connector generic to work with non-UUID keys

    Description

      The current MapTransaction, MapWorkspace, and MapNode all assume UUIDs for the keys. We should try to use generics and allow for any kind of key, or create alternative versions that work with Strings as a key.

      (JCR 2.0 assumes that identifiers are strings, so we might not need to handle any kind of key.)
