sequencing on different sources does not work

Sequencers do not work if configured with pathExpression involving different sources.

Example:
OriginSource:workspace1://(*.(jpg|jpeg|gif|bmp|pcx|png|iff|ras|pbm|pgm|ppm|psd)[*])/jcr:content[@jcr:data] => FederatedTargetSource:virtual:/smaMetadata/$1

What happens is that the sequencer try to create the new node on the origin source instead of creating it on the target.

Attached a patch with my workaround.
