Istio installer timeout

    Description

      Openshift installer job fails on timeout if other pods are to slow to start. Which ends in error MAISTRA 5.
      This occurs even if the containers are pulling the docker images (which can take some time).
      The installer should take this into account, or at least have bigger timeout.
