It should be possible to specify a profile and receive a set of default values for processing the templates. Within the ansible installer we currently support three sets, 'community' istio, 'maistra' istio and 'production' service mesh. We could extend this to support more profiles in future.

The mechanism should be flexible enough for customers to define their own sets so this should be configurable through configmaps or similar.
