An issue was opened for Kiali that the link to Jaeger isn't working properly when using the operator: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/KIALI-1584

The problem is that its missing the jaeger url parameter in the Kiali configmap (it also looks like the grafana url is not set either).

The configmap for kiali should have something like this set with the proper urls: https://github.com/kiali/kiali/blob/master/deploy/openshift/kiali-configmap.yaml#L14-L18
