Description of problem:

While querying logs in Log Console, the Histogram returns timeout frequently. However, logs can be seen in the Log Console window. Only graphical representation shown in Histogram returns timeout.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Tried deployed RHOL 5.9.1
2. Send cluster logs to Loki
3. Query logs from "Observe > Logs" menu and Histogram returns timeout.

Actual results:

When querying logs in Log Console, Histogram returns timeout.

Expected results:

Histogram should not return timeout and it should not query all the logs in Loki.

Additional info:

Tried setting up timeout for console plugin but it didn't help.
