Since KOGITO-9740, the SonataFlowPlatform now has the .spec.persistence field which enables Data Index, Jobs Service, and any other service within the same scope to use the persistence configured there.

SonataFlow instances could leverage that also to reuse the same database.

Scope

1. Only workflows within the same configured scope as the platform should reflect this configuration. The platform governs the topology.
2. A workflow object may opt out of persistence. By default, it should follow what's described in the platform context.
3. Only persistence configurations available in the platform scope can be set in the workflows.
