BPMN Editor do not export SVG in VS Code for Mac OS

      1. Open a BPMN file
      2. Execute Save Editor Preview (Cmd + Shift + P and type 'preview', it should be the first option)
      3. a filename.bpmn should generate filename-svg.svg

      Expected Result

      Menu option should be shown and clickable. Click on the menu item should generate SVG file.

      Actual Result

      Menu option is not present on Mac OS version of VS Code.

      It is not possible to export an SVG using steps to reproduce in Mac OS. It is possible to export on Linux version of BPMN VS Code plugin.
