Integrate OpenShift OpenId with Kogito SSO

Having SSO deployed with Kogito Architecture, one way to simplify this integration is by using the Kogito Service Account (KOGITO-66) as a user to make inner service calls. To make this possible, the deployed Keycloak must be configured with OpenShift inner OAuth2 server.
