Sometimes when creating nodes using the toolbox, the click is interpreted as click and drag, hence dropping the node slightly below and to the right as shown in the screenshot. It should be created horizontally. 

A solution would be to detect if pixels moved are below a certain threshold so that the drag can be canceled.
