As an user I wish to use MongoDB as an alternative to Infinispan on Data Index.
As a follow up of KOGITO-2889, now that Data Index also accepts MongoDB as persistence alternative, we need to give at least basic support for it.
The Operator will pass on a huge reestructure on how we provision infrastructure such as persistence and message, but in the meantime we need to have this working at least like Data Index.
