The build time could improve considerably if an user specifies a maven mirror URL to the build pods.
Today adding a MAVEN_MIRROR_URL env var to the build pods do this job, but it's not user friendly. Would be nice to have such option to the CLI deploy-service and also to .Spec.Build.MavenMirrorURL.
