Introduce Ban Duplicate Classes rule in Kogito repositories

      We need to check for duplicate classes also in Kogito Java repositories, i.e. kogito-runtimes, kogito-apps and possibly kogito-examples as well. This would probably prevent issues where there are some classes with the same FQCN, one coming from v7 and one from Kogito, e.g. KOGITO-2968.

      As discussed on Zulip, this check should be part of a default compilation unlike on v7 where it is a part of a separate full profile.
