VS Code Ctrl+S doesn't work on included models tab

      1. In VS Code open a folder that has three DMN models a.dmn, b.dmn, c.dmn
      2. Open the c.dmn model
      3. Click on Included Models tab
      4. Include a.dmn and b.dmn
      5. Notice file is not marked as dirty
      6. Press Ctrl+S, Close and reopen c.dmn
      7. Navigate again to Included Models tab

      Current: Included models will be lost
      Expected: Included models will be preserved

      The issue was found during KOGITO-1553 review and probably is also related to KOGITO-766.

      The KOGITO-1553 brought a possibility to include a model into a DMN file. The issue is user can not save it by the Ctrl+S shortcut.
