Update RHDM and RHPAM images for use with Cekit 2.2.1 and EAP72-CR2

Description

    We need to keep up with our build tooling. Specifically, upgrading to cekit 2.2.1 methodology for defining content_sets.yml and container.yaml files.

    ant@redhat.com, pszubiak: When this happens, productization will have to move to the latest cekit version (2.2.1) for building images.
