When tomcat is running and new application is deployed by copying. The application is not visible in JON even if refresh is called on the list of applications. The new application is visible after tomcat server is removed from inventory and added again.

How to reproduce:

• prepare JON server and JON agent
• run Tomcat with JON settings
• import Tomcat server into inventory
• run Tomcat (automatic deployment: true)
• copy new application (war) into webapps

JON 3.2 is also affected with this issue.
