Parameter outgoing_queue_max_size determines the max number of elements in the queue. Default is 2000. This is important as we might accumulate lots of messages in the queue when (e.g.) bundling takes more time than generating and queuing the messages. This prevents out-of-memory problems when sending lost of messages at the highest rate for a long time
