CLI - specifying encoding with --codec option doesn't work

      Unrecognized arguments: [--codec]

      Note:
      using encoding command works:
      [standalone@localhost:9990 local-cache=default] encoding hotrod
      [standalone@localhost:9990 local-cache=default] get key
      value
