Not able to add a member in kitchensink-angularjs-topcoat quickstart using an iPhone

To recreate:

• I deploy the kitchensink-angularjs-topcoat quickstart on openshift.

• I access <http://kitchensinkangularjstopcoat-sgilda.rhcloud.com/#/home> on my iPhone.

• I click the `+` to add a member

• I am not able to get to the `Register` or `Cancel` buttons. They are hidden under the footer (containing the binoculars, +, and eye symbols).

• When I try to scroll, the footer moves with the rest of the page and the buttons remain hidden.
