Enhance deployment performance by simplifying connector conf retrieval

After the refactoring for supporting AS 7, a sensible amount of ws endpoints deployment time is spent into org.jboss.ws.common.management.AbstractServerConfig for computing the port/securePort. That needs to be fixed removing legacy code.
