Fix wsdl and xml imported docs collection

    Description

      The DeploymentDescriptorParserExt currently has a warning saying document collection is bypassed with EJB3 endpoints. This can lead to wrong wsdl/xsd import locations in the wsdl, as they are not rewritten by Metro without the required docs metadata.
