DOMUtils ThreadLocals not cleared for client calls.

    Description

      The issue JBWS-1903 addressed this problem for requests coming into JBossWS, however the same DOMUtils is used when JBossWS is acting as a client so large DocumentBuilders can be left associated with the calling clients thread.
