    Description

      Some of the echoMimeType tests fail.

      Unexpected: null
      at AttachmentProxyTestCase.testEchoMimeTextPlain

      Unexpected: org.jboss.axis.attachments.AttachmentPartImpl@75c78d
      at AttachmentProxyTestCase.testEchoMimeApplicationXML

      Additionaly, we probably want to support typed parameters on the SEI.
      Optionally, the tests for DII, and SAAJ need be updated as well to incorporate the echo tests.
