Report the reason for failing to set the nodeIdentifier property

Narayana startup reports a warning and throws an IllegalArgumentException if the nodeIdentifier property is too long (more than 28 bytes) but it does not report the reason for the IllegalArgumentException. The warning message should be included in the IllegalArgumentException.
